Embodying Your Sacred Work

IMG_6782.jpg

Through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild, and free. This is the basis of Qoya. This week, we call on the wisdom of yoga; embody the wild, creative expression in dance; and expand with freedom into our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies.

This 5-day, experiential Qoya workshop is for women of all ages and movement backgrounds (including none). Qoya founder Rochelle Schieck combines movement, ritual, and community interconnectedness into an embodied exploration of the deep roots and intuitive visions for your sacred work in the world.

As you participate in movement classes and salon-style discussions, you will learn:

  • The inspiring fundamental philosophies behind Qoya

  • How to feel the physical sensation of truth in the body and follow it

  • Ways to explore and share your most valuable offerings to your community, your sacred work.

Tap into your inner wisdom in ways that are profound, heart-opening, and liberating. You will return to your home community deeply rejuvenated, with a renewed sense of purpose and place, as well as a rich new collection of tools to remember your essence as wise, wild, and free.

“I loved all of it, the vulnerable times, the joy of dance, the sacred sharing, the rituals and the tools to assist in opening. Rochelle has the ability to be a warm, loving facilitator who creates a safe and supportive space, and she guides each person with lightness and ease. Women are emotionally touched and able to find their own insights to create with renewed hope. It is an uplifting and loving embrace of who we are individually and a powerful connection of feminine group energy and transformation.”
