Please save the date for our 18th Annual National Directors Institute (NDI) Executive Exchange in Chicago on November 14–15, 2019. Our Board of the Year Awards dinner is the evening of Thursday, November 14 and the Executive Exchange program will be held on the following day. Guest speakers will include Patrick McGurn, Director of Strategic Research for Institutional Shareholder Services and Bonnie Reitz, Chairman of the Board for Airlines Reporting Corporation. Since its inception in 2002, NDI has become known as the program to hear and share practical corporate governance advice in a lively and interactive setting. Last year’s event was attended by over 150 public, private, and non-profit entities from a wide range of industries, including Johnson Controls, Mondelez International, and UnitedHealthcare.
