Grand Vin Wine Merchants

Ordered 6 bottles of wine. Shipped from Washington state to Texas on March 10th. Wine made it all the way to Texas, but Grand Vin had the wrong information about shipper so it had to go all the way back to Washington.

Once back in Washington, UPS attempted to deliver 3 times but according to UPS, Grand Vin told them to hold the shipment. Meanwhile, two weeks later, I still have no wine. The odds of me ever ordering from them again are about the same as getting hit by an asteroid.

I was searching for a wine via WineSearcher and I saw they having the best price in the country, then I wanted to be sure they were a reputable store so I found them at Yelp and saw the 10% off deal. So I emailed the store to see if we could work something out... a few minutes after I got a call from Andrew who demonstrated interest on earning my business from the start, after a few e-mail exchanges I was going to buy locally and pay a little more so I didn't have to deal with the shipping issues. So Andrew made me an offer I couldn't refused...

I paid on a Friday and they were supposed to ship out Monday to arrived Tuesday at a friends work. For an unknown reason they didn't shipped as planned so when it finally arrived my friend was out for a few days so the package was in limbo for 4 days and I had to make several calls to UPS to avoid it from been sent back to the sender. All in all I finally got the box about 10 days later, the wines are in good condition and exactly what I ordered but I'm not a peace due to the long transit time and temp variations these bottles went through.

Despite all of the above I think this store is a reputable one and I may give them another shot in the future...

Drove two hours to buy wine as web site said "in store shopping". This needs to be up dated as there is no in store shopping. Was looking forward to stocking up for the holidays but will do elsewhere. Beautiful wine list...if it really exists.

I ordered a bottle from within state, i.e. WA for my anniversary almost two weeks before. A week went by without a shipping notification, so I called. I was informed that it would ship the next day. Here I am, two days before my anniversary after almost two weeks since ordering, and I have no wine. I had to call again, and was informed they would get it out the day before I needed it. No thanks, I canceled my order. Its understandable that small shops cannot ship within 24-48 hours, however this was unacceptable.

Nice rustic wine shop with tasting area. Excellent selection of European wines mainly from $10 and up. This is the place to come for that special bottle of champagne

The guy working there was really helpful and informative, and he was totally happy to show me wines inside my budget with no pressure to spend more than I was comfortable with. Good selection and price range too.

I love this place!! Tons of amazing vino and Nicole knows her stuff! We will be back often!

We were looking for two whites and Nick's suggestions were perfect. Of course we ended up purchasing a red along with the whites. The prices are a good value.

Lovely little shop with excellent customer service and great range. Pick up a drinkable bottle or one to cellar. Or both. Nice place and not intimidating!
