Each year I plan out our annual digital marketing strategy with 3 tools: (Type "yes please" & I'll send them all to you): 1. Web Strategy Planning Template (which I co-created with David Meerman Scott and Toby Jenkins.) 2. 12 Month Road Map & 90 Day Action Plan. 3. Trello Board. I've been going through this process internally with Toby and also with my coaching clients. We look at: Desired Results: "In 12 Months I'll be...." Obstacles: "I need to overcome..." Today's Reality: "This is my situation now...." From there it's broken into a: - 90 Action Plan Finally all the tasks are moved onto a: - Trello Board (which I use on a daily basis).
