It's time to get fearless baby, fearlessly fertile. Let's do this. Welcome to the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, episode 19. Conceiving is about receiving. My darlings, I am back! The past couple of weeks have been an absolute whirlwind of excitement, cross country travel, my book going bestseller internationally, and my inbox being flooded with people asking me about my book and wanting to get into my coaching programs.

It has been crazy, and by no means am I complaining. It feels great, and I'm super grateful for this experience and all that I've learned in this process. Now, while considering everything that has manifested in my life since the beginning of the year and during the launch of my bestselling book, I happened upon a thought that I want to share with you this week.

It's something quite apropos and something that I struggled with throughout my own journey. And I'm sharing it because it has become an integral aspect of my own success. And I truly believe that it's one that will be central to any kind of success that you create on this journey or in your life. It's the reality that conceiving is all about receiving. Conceiving is about receiving. Receiving physically. And metaphorically, the physical aspect for us as women, well, that's fairly obvious.

And unchecked can create ridiculous blocks between us and our babies. Now, if there's part of you that's worried that I've gone off the rails into woo woo land, slow your roll, sister.

Now, don't get me wrong. I love the woo. I can go super woo. But we don't have to go there for this. Unless, of course, you want to. Ah, for now, we'll just keep our feet on the ground and talk about why the inability to metaphorically receive on this journey can be detrimental to your success. For the vast majority of us, the physical aspect of this journey is kind of the easy part.

We can wrap our heads around it. I know my ladies, we have a high threshold for all kinds of pain. We go to doctors, get poked, prodded, and have foreign objects inserted into our bodies. We figure that this is just a necessary part to getting the job done. We are comfortable with the idea that basic physical attention to our bodies is what's going to get us across the finish line.

But what happens when getting pregnant the old fashioned way, or very basic entry level treatments, fails? We freak out, because it means we're going to have to step out of our comfort zone and receive Receiving in our context here means what we allow ourselves to have on this journey. Be it treatments, various kinds of support, supplements,
